WEEK 7: SUPERVISOR SESSION (W/ DAVID)
Document Structure Plan (1st version)
Focus on Rationale.
Themes for Contemporary Practice: Figuration, Representation and Virtuality.
Shoot #2: Clothes fit and suit Karen.
I still have to make a selection. I just want to use one picture.
»I feel that these are not my clothes.«

David loves the ones in color, the color of the fabric, the dynamic. Also likes the monochrome but prefers the color. Prefers the second row (probably low right is favorite: pushing towards the viewer, more of a connection), even though all are good.
I'm drawn to the one on the lower left (part of the tree) but when I actively choose I also really like the one on the lower right.
Shoot #3: Clothes do not fit or suit Michelle.
I still have to make a selection. I just want to use one picture. The pictures were made with three different cameras: DSLR, disposable analog, and SLR.
»I would walk around in this.«

It will be important to include the quotes as the viewer wants to know how the subjects felt in the clothes. This could be helpful for the methodology and research: coming up with the concept but the reality is something different (collaboration, authorship).
Shoot #1: Clothes are not worn by a person.
I still have to edit the final photograph.

Studio Project.
Nice photos but they don't fit into the selected series.

Beautiful photographs, great to see interaction with the material of the clothes. Wonderful light. Especially the one on the left.

I have 3 options right now:
- Printing on matte paper, bringing the series closer together again.
- Printing on fabric for the movement (David does not care for that idea, confuses him as it does not make sense – it's a documentation of something, why would that be on fabric?). Strategically it would be good to do this as it is different. But I do not really see a purpose for it. I'd lose detail (which again means I could print bigger).
- Street posters on the walls and documentation in the report? That might not work timewise. > I need more information about this. How long does it stay up? How are the places distributed?
